Temu is a real, registered business rather than a scam site. Its UK company details name Whaleco UK Limited, registered with Companies House and based in Canary Wharf, and it publishes a full returns policy with a 90-day voluntary window on top of your statutory rights. Orders do arrive and refunds do get paid. Whether it is a good place to spend your money is a narrower question.
A UK shopper’s guide to Temu: who runs it, how delivery, returns and refunds work, what regulators and customers have found, and the six kinds of purchase where the gamble pays off.
